Adult Ocular Myasthenia Gravis Conversion: A Single-Center Retrospective Analysis in China

The estimated conversion rate of Chinese patients with ocular MG into Generalized MG within 2 years of onset was 70%.  Patients with higher Achr antibody titers, an older age onset of symptoms and bilateral ptosis had a higher likelihood of conversion into generalized MG.
