Antibody profile may predict outcome in ocular myasthenia gravis

This abstract discusses that the study showed that during their observational time (not discussed in abstract) females and patients with MUSK antibodies were likely to progress from purely ocular MG to generalized MG. Overall, 21.1% of the patients in their study converted to generalized MG from ocular MG during their observational period.
